One of the worst flight experiences ever. They cancelled the flight 10 mins before the boarding would start. Then kept on arguing that it is not their fault as they got the information 5 minutes before and for those who had completed the web check in they did not even give the full refund. Infact the crew was not at all cooperative.

This is supposed to do only a few things like book tickets and show your booking details, which you cannot do with this. I think they are promoting 3rd parties by keeping such a bad app. I lost money and neu coins, but no ticket booked. its not even showing ticket details after reopening the app. Update: Their support channels are useless as the app, with good for nothing AI and similar support executives. i have raised 3 tickets till now without any resolution. STAY AWAY FROM AIX

I had a con flight from patna to Bangalore. they changed the timing of the flight, due to which I missed my volvo bus from Bangalore to Mangalore, i requested them to give me a flight ticket from Bangalore to Mangalore for reasonable charges as last minute flight is 2x the normal price. they refused completely, and didn't even try or apologised for it. air india will be my last choice now. have taken 200+ domestic flight mostly with indigo, never exp reschedule. Labanaya was the rude Manager.
