One of the best banking applications I've used. It has a great and clear interface, with loads of features. Only problem i have is the fact that for some reason, i get an error when adding an international beneficiary. And when the desired beneficiary is added through the branch, i would still receive an error when i try to transfer the money. Other than that, the application is amazing.

The app does not function properly at all. I am unsure of its purpose as every time I open it, it automatically switches to the browser. This is quite inconvenient as it disrupts my workflow. Additionally, it consistently prompts me to authenticate my device, which is a time-consuming process. I would appreciate it if these issues could be addressed to improve the overall usability of the app.

As compared to other bank app I have been using for very long time (for example Habib Bank Limited app) this app have very poor interface, the first time when I used it, i thought it is fake. Along with a poor un professional interface it is also not quick, for example if i transfer money and transfer is a success, it keep on showing old balance instead of showing current balance for a long time, which keep you confused ..... Although the bank is reliable and genuine , my review is about app
