I'm complaining about a serious issue in the recently updated Alinma mobile app: the transfer history section is missing. Despite multiple emails and tweets to Alinma Care, no action has been taken, and the recent updates — including the one rolled out on 6th November and the latest update today — still doesn't not restored this feature. i m trying find option to update my ID but couldnt locate so far. usually it use to appear under notifications tab but notifications are not loading. Literrally struggling to update my ID via app. The other banks, such as SABB, provides a very seamless experience for updating the ID.

I have sent money to Pakistan many times, but it is received in very difficult. The customer care staff are very arrogant and do not listen at all. On 02/10/2025, I tried calling for 4 hours, but the call never connected to the helpline. Even if it connects, the customer care does not help with money refunds. In other apps, there is a refund option and the money is returned immediately, but with the Alinma Bank app I am not satisfied at all, as refunding is very difficult.
