In our small business, there are 6 of us doing the work for 5 services, w/40 clients. We experimented w/several platforms before deciding on Goldie. I like **a lot** about their system. The pricing seems fair, the scheduling took some getting used to but we learned it. I really like the way they compile data for me to review, that is helpful for predicting trends, etc. HOWEVER, Friday 11/01, I had a technical issue. It is still (11/05) unresolved, and worse, I cannot speak to anyone by phone.

This is a wonderful app that I'm very happy to have access to for completely free. The interface is easy and very quick for scheduling and updating notes. Yay! I only have two complaints. The main one is that I don't get a reminder notification for appointments and don't see a way to implement it. I need reminders too! I work from my home and forget things. The second is there's no way to see your total revenue for a month. Since we enter amounts it's a natural next step and would be so helpful!

I just started using this app to organize my Pest Control business. It's been very helpful so far, although I think there are certain features that should be added to make it even better and fit businesses like mine better. I'd like to see an option to attach a billing address in addition to the service address, and a way to conveniently click on the service address to be opened by my GPS navigation app. Another nice feature would be the ability to attach pictures in the notes section. Please!
