I have been using this for a couple of years, first outside the camp. Inside Aramco, there are too many orders and not enough drivers so you always get the dreaded 'you can't place orders at the moment' message. It's just useless. Plus, I asked them a million times to add a tipping option inside the app. It's a cashless economy, get with the program like Hunger Station did years back. Also, don't bother responding to developer comments. They call you but cannot do anything. Read the review, Dev.

worst app ever. they mentioned that food will take 35 mins and after waiting an hour, the rep said that it will take one more hour. the customer service not help full or responsive at all. they could not accept to cancel the order. they are not responsive this is my first and last time to use this horrible app

The worst experience i ever had، i ve made an order, and i kept waiting for 2 hours and nothing delivered, the customer services they respond like nothing is happening. Even when i request to cancel the order no respinse at all, they took my money for no service. Very unprofessional. Imagine they delivered it after 4 hours after a left the city and they full charged me. Awful.
