Ratings and reviews

This app takes an undefined duration to log in. What kind of app is? Totally trash. It should have been much better. There is no faq section, nothing, just a support with a helpline number which never receives the call. The developers and the maintenance team should be having an appointment in myCMH app. Even a 1-star is more than it deserves. Absolutely rubbish app!

I am totally disappointed with this app.It needs development a lot.I don’t understand that when I need to go to a doctor with new disease in which dept or OPD I should give my serial. I am not a doctor that I should know all this. Moreover the app becomes so slow at 12 o'clock at night that I couldn’t give serial of my parents. Totally frustrating with this app. It should have launched after necessary upgrade and research on beta version.

It's just a waste only in case of taking an appointment. Though we managed to get an appointment, we couldn't go through in the same way. Because, in reception they call it an unissued appointment that had no data entries. If one needs to do appointment, they need to go through the conventional process of standing in lines of people. Then this app is just a waste I guess.
