Currently the app won't open. The logo appears and stays as a white screen for minutes at a time until I close it. I've restarted my phone, cleared the cache, uninstalled and reinstalled the app but it still won't work. Considering the interest rate and fees, FORTIVA should be able to have a functioning app for their customers to use.

Sometimes it works well and other times it buffers for forever. Lately the app opens and does nothing. It just sits there with a white background and the Fortiva logo glaring back at you!! I have to go to the website to access my account. This app needs to be updated, fixed or whatever but Fortiva you must do better.

well nothing against Fortiva itself. I think they are great. However, their app sucks.. I always have to wait like a minute for the app to open that's if it even opens. I say the last 4 weeks I haven't been able to even get in because it keeps giving me a error message. I have uninstalled and then reinstalled the app 8 times now to see if I can get in over the last 2 days.. Only through Play Store and that's only after it has said installed and asks if I want to open app. Horrible
