Every F-ing time, at the end of every preview, as if we didn't understand what exactly a preview is, nor do we retain the level of intelligence required to pursue acquiring a selection on our own. We listen to the previews to get a feel for the narrator and the content. The aggravating repetition blows that right out of the water. Get rid of these unwarranted distractions.

Audible's content is good, but their app is bad. Since subscribing a few months ago, this app has always intermittently closed on my phone when it is moved to the background. Unexpectedly, as of today, I notice the app is only just responsive. There is a big lag. It's disappointing and frustrating. I'm worried because I am unable to easily access the content I paid for.

Increasingly user unfriendly. Maybe I'm old but I frequently fall asleep listening to audio books. Recently it's started playing sponsored content. It's been challenging to navigate back to the book I was listening to. I used to be able to easily find the library but it seems to be insisting on playing whatever it selected for me, and obscuring access to my library. Not a great development for an app that has given me so much.
