Frustrated to say the least!! I once had a profile but stopped using it for whatever reason. Decided to start again but couldn't log in with original credentials - no reason given on UI. Selected "Forgot password", entered email, response was "no account found". Tried to register afresh using my same email. Response was "Please use a different account as there is already a profile associated with this email/ID". What?? Something screwy with your database! So Im stuck! Unable to access platform!

such a disappointment. we're encouraged to use the app to scan for loyalty points, but whatever update has happened leaves me logged out every time I need to scan. then it doesn't want to log me in despite and just has that circle thing. it has discouraged me from going to the shop. Just tried logging in again now at home because I wanted to shop later today and still stuck on that circle. In the shop, other patrons and staff complained that logging into the app slows the lines down.

There are 2 major problems with this app. 1: it's incredibly slow. Navigating the app and interacting with it is very slow. 2: I am fortunate enough to have been able to register for the app successfully, but three other people that I know are unable to. They have brought the issue up with Woolworths's technical support with no resolution. The new rewards system is linked to the app. This means they cannot benefit from the MyDifference rewards at all. Please tell me this will be fixed.
