I switched over to the app when it became a necessary security check when logging in to Bendigo Bank accounts from a browser. I have used this for a few months and while it did work correctly in the beginning for the last month or so there have been issues. When logging in it sends a prompt you need to tap to log on. Tapping this prompt either does nothing or the spinning circle loading icon just sits there. Only way to resolve is to uninstall and re-install the app.

Absolute shite. If I could give zero stars I would. What is it with banks that MAKE you download their app for an 'improved' service, only for said service to be ten times worse or non-existent. Waiting endless hours for app to register it's me on my other device. I don't want this app. It doesn't work. And my security is compromised, not improved. You made me install it and now i can't access my own money. Thanks

The app was great for years, but it isn't currently usable. A week ago it told me to register for e-banking again, on entering my correct details it didn't accept them, locked my account, told me to reset my password I had to use a different device... and had the same issue on that one, and on internet banking via Chrome. I've tried every day for a week to get through to customer service on the phone, but after 45 minutes waiting I draw the line!
