Had a great experience with them in 2021. Now, in 2024, it could not be worse! After 10 days, my PoF/PoW documents still have not been looked at. Every Single Action that I try to take, gets immediately blocked and held for MANUAL review. Wich takes up to a day. I've communicated with support (3 separate issues/tickets in about one week). I've re-verified my account. I've talked to humans. STILL they think I'm a scammer (trying to scam myself?), and are blockin every action and transaction.

100% scam . They stole 800 euro from me ! I depoited them and now its impossible to withdraw them or to make any payment . The money is 100% on the account but still they refuse to give me my own money. I cheked my bank and money has arrived on the first day but bitpanda support says it has not arrived ... but i can see the money in my bitpanda accound and even got 2 confirmation mails that it has arrived .... Pure scam

initial review: Pathetic! Csv export takes ages and keeps failing! Why? Why's that app not allowing easy accounting exports? Your getting paid too much for a s... service. It is a shame! 24.7.2024 The App keeps miserably failing. FAILING! Only way is 1) waiting for email 2) login via browser 3) wait for email to register browser 4) sms to confirm login 5) generate download in browser login mode 6) download come-on! That has to change!!! "Download failed"
