Update: canceled, and the phone call was easy. I do wish I could manage all of my family's meds in one account, not have to use 3 different accounts I am unable to cancel my order. Just found a stack of the med, don't need it yet. I try it says there was a problem, try again. I selected all of the options for reasons to cancel and it still says that

This use to be an awesome app. But it's really went downhill bad. I used them for a long time in the past and when I would place an order I would have it within days. Now on the other hand you place an order and it's a week before you even have an estimated delivery date which will be another ½ a week or more before delivery. There's much faster services out there.

This company has very good customer service when we called their 800 number for assistance. We saved $115 our med only cost us $3... one of the best companies out there! Just an update 3 years later....still the best app to save you $$$ on many prescriptions! Another update for 2020: I have found cheaper prices with gold RX so be sure to check around. Also the blink app is not the best example on the map it shows a pharmacy available but when you do a search it shows nothing.
