Doesn't explain things very well starting off and the website isn't any better. I kept trying to figure out precise (or even close) times for rising and setting, and even though my location was on they kept saying they were hours off of what times from online sources say. Unless you already have experience with this stuff you're better off just trying to fight through G*ogle's bs. (Also it looks like the developers dont update as regularly as they probably should when it comes to astronomy..)

Amazing app. It has all I was looking for and more than that. Moon calendar, planet positions, meteor showers among others. Very useful and versatile app. 5000 stars 🌌 Maybe the west-east directions could be flipped, that would match the sky as we observe it from underneath. In the latest update they actually included an option to flip W-E directions. Awesome!

This app rocks. The periscope is mighty handy knowing sun, moon, and planet rise and set times I can coordinate sky parties for the fam. News is so handy and the calendar of upcoming night sky events are great. Can't forget to mention that aside from a light and dark theme, it has a night theme that changes everything to red so as to not ruin your night vision while looking at the app and viewing the night sky. Very well thought out for amateur astronomer.
