Ratings and reviews

The new version insists on access to all my contacts, which means access to private and sensitive information: names, addresses , etc. Even Google Wallet doesn't ask for this permission. And the new UI is awful now. It used to be very straightforward and readable on a colored background, now we have to decipher small black letters on white background, with no possibility to get back to the old UI. No help in settings. Why to ruin something that works? I will not use it until it is fixed.

Unable to move forward after entering credit card number. Nothing happens. Tried several cards. Uninstalled and reinstalled app. Spoke to phone tech support, they said it was a known problem but couldn't tell me when it will be resolved. Wasted a lot of time. In the past the app worked fine. I'll be switching to a different app.

I loved the previous version. I hate the new colors - it's like someone color blind picked them out. I don't like that the default is to receive money into bit rather than directly to my bank account. Further, previously when BIT deposited money into my bank account, I could see on my bank statement who made the payment. Now, all the BIT deposits say I made them to myself. Terrible. Thanks for your 3rd unhelpful response. I'm happy to speak to the development team to offer improvements.
