very bad experience with my last order, i got wrong item and tried to contact with customer support they didn't reply easly and eventually after 20 min they respond to my messages, and after that they ended the conversation without reason , so i had to repeat the conversation again with another one , and after long time because they are very very slow in responding, they admit by their fault and offer to make refund after 14 days, actually very bad customer service

worst experience ever my order got cancelled twice, 1st ecause i didn't pick the delivery call and got cancelled in minutes the second attempt cancelled for no reason after the delivery approach my neighborhood, he called me asked for the building # ,then i didn't hear from him for 20 min, i called him he informed me that there's sth wrong with my order and the branch will call me, which never happened. till i submit a complaint in the app, they promise to send another order which never happened

Not my first bad experience — but definitely my last. One order turned into two days of chaos: late delivery, wrong order, then more wrong/partial deliveries with missing items every time, plus nonstop calls from different agents making me repeat the same story again and again. Endless apologies, zero accountability, no proper resolution — just a complete waste of time and a completely unreliable service.
