used to be great - used it now after some time away from Cairo, and their customer support is very bad. They finish the conversation after one minute of inactivity, and no understanding of the issue. It's clearly systematic issue from the company, rather than quality of customer service people, since I already talked to several people. old review: 5 stars - Good app, good service.

The service is indeed declining. I was a frequent customer and now I'm very disappointed. Customer service doesn't respond and is totally unreliable. They deliver orders with missing items. Tell me there are missing items before you deliver not after and let me decide what to do! Plus, last time I was partially refunded and they didn't refund the most expensive missing item although an sms was sent to me to confirm that they'll refund because it's missing! ŮŮ

second time to write a review because apparently 1 is not enough !! same problem as last time my account is not working and I've been emailing the investigation team for almost a whole MONTH !!! they just tell me they're waiting for the "concerned" team reply. I seriously don't understand what in the world could take almost a month to solve !!! very very disappointed.
