I had a very disappointing experience with BookMyShow. I accidentally booked tickets for tomorrow instead of the intended date and tried to cancel them immediately. However, the app kept showing errors like “something went wrong” or “server issue” whenever I attempted cancellation. I also tried reaching out to customer support, but there was no proper response or working channel to resolve the issue. For a platform of this scale, I expected better reliability and customer service.

Overall it was a good app to book shows, streaming and get updates about upcoming movies with a simple interface. But my earlier booked tickets aren't showing in the "Your Order" section even though the app was fully updated and logged in with the same mobile number.

It's so sad that after a year I logged into my account through this app and I can't see any of the previous transactions or bookings. It shows empty, despite it being booked for "Pathaan" back then amongst others. Anyways, will not be using this nowadays. Not worth it. Movie watching is too much of a hassle, not worthy content, vulgar content and films copied from here there & extremely pricey tickets with too much of restrictions when at the hall with extremely pricey food that holds no value.
