I strongly suggest not to book any cab through this app as the drivers do not seem to be verified at all....the driver was extremely rude and was planning to take any route shown through Google no matter what the distance is so that he can charge high...when we suggested correction he became inexplicably irritable...the experience was scary...he even charged 700 extra without showing the actual price at the end of the trip telling us the extra distance won't reflect in the bill....total disaster

I had a terrible experience with my booking (Trip ID 702841) on October 14th. Despite booking a cab and paying ₹3985, the driver never arrived, and customer service kept extending the wait time. I had to cancel the ride, and the cancellation comment was inaccurate. I am requesting a full refund due to the service failure.

Terrible Service – Cheaters at CabBazar! I had a horrible experience with CabBazar, and I strongly advise others to avoid them. I booked a car through their platform, but to my shock, I paid the advance. Despite this, the car was never dispatched, and later, I received a call informing me that my booking had been cancelled. They also stated that the advance payment would not be refunded! This is unacceptable and reeks of a scam. I was left stranded without a car, and my money was already gone.
