I have to constantly navigate back to the store every time I need to order. it does not keep the location. once there if you minimize and reopen it then you have to start all over again editing review and lowering the score to one star. accidentally placed an order for a different location had to call their manager they had to cancel the order they could not cancel the free drink that I was planning on using luckily the local manager honored that and they were very helpful.

Be aware that this app defaults to a 20% tip on pickup orders, in a UI that makes it easy to miss that it is applied by default. This seems like a dark pattern (UI term, look it up) and should not be the default. Cabin Coffee itself has decent food and drink, but deliberately misleading UI design propping up artificial rate inflation earns bad reviews.

Please, please, please make it easier to claim point when purchasing in store! Have to enter the receipt locatio, date, order number & amount is ridiculous! Everytime I try to enter the information it takes multiple tries. Other businesses either ask for a phone number, link a credit card, have a QR code to either scan at the counter from the phone or on the receipt. I shouldn't have to order online to have a simple coffee in the store just to get points.
