SHAGA is a free application that will be linked to the menstrual cycle using accurate predictions to help autistic girls and women track their cycle and potentially their pregnancy. An application that will track all phases of the cycle: menstruation, an ovulation and pregnancy calculator offering autistic women accurate predictions on menstrual, ovulation and fertility days. An application where menstrual cycle reminders can be set and symptoms and moods recorded to help autistic people control their health. The application will allow the collection of data on pain, behavioral manifestations and general health. This data can be generated and extracted by the person themselves or the person assisting them to better anticipate difficult situations, adapt rehabilitation programs and monitor the SRH of the person concerned.
