I personally love using this app, it is very fast. although today i was trying to generate my statements but in stead it is not going through. please improve on that as most of the time we are at works, the banks has a long waiting period at lunch time and the bank closed earlier.

please rectify the early redemption errors on Samsung A52. the notice for early redemption is failing to process. actually it works fine, what need to be done is a consideration on sys time and region when we leave the country with different time zones. that was my issue, I set the phone to Namibian time and Region as Namibia and it worked. if anything need fixing, is that area.

Facial biometrics are not working, it just keeps loading and then the app crashes, asking to wait or close the app. And please, don't tell us about "clear cache" because it's not working, if it did work we wouldn't be here complaining. Fix the app, in fact, take away the damn facial biometrics thingy because you already ask the card number and pin and account number for security, now why are you asking biometrics again when I want to buy airtime?
