just makes annoying popups happen unnecessarily and is hard to navigate

Unfortunately this app comes preinstalled on the BLU smart phone. Even if you don't enable it at initial setup of your phone, it enables itself and takes over your phone. It is intrusive and causes your phone to lock up and freeze requiring you to reboot your phone. You can't uninstall it or disable it because it says if you do your phone won't function properly. It's like a virus.

Don't open this app. I got a hew lg tracfone and it was popping up like it was part of the initial phone setup. All it gives you is news you can find on tracfone homepage. And the screen most definitely gets in your way if you locked the phone. No better than those "phone cleaning apps'' I was able to delete it. Now its just sitting in "idle apps" category of app updates... Delete, disable, force stop. Its not worth it.
