0 stars! Evidently loads of ppl are hounded by notifications from this unwanted 'system app' that says it doesn't send notifications! Have some respect & incorporate the option to choose whether or not it stays on our devices. Even better, allow us to decline it in the first place. Update: I tapped 'uninstall updates' on Play Store, & it has disappeared from my app list. Will report it if it comes back. Update: it came back within a week 😖 Update:& again, &now a stories ribbon. Moto don't care.

We regret any disruption this may have caused , you could disable it in settings -> lockscreen-> live lockscreen -> Toggle off “Changing wallpapers and stories”.
Also an improvement is in progress to remove the unnecessary reactivation reminders, will update soon, thanks for your patience.

Bloat. spam. The main reason I won't buy this brand phone again. Forced stop, disabled, and uninstalled what I can and it still pops up. Edit: according to app settings on device and in play store, this is disabled. It's still dumping notifications on my lock screen though. Unacceptable. July edit: re enables itself every few days, including switching on background data use. Google ignoring reports. September edit: still reactivating, using data.

Never used it, never knew it was there, don't want it, but I find myself being constantly hounded by prompts that it requires an upgrade. I don't want to upgrade it, I want it off my phone. At the very least, surely I shouldn't have to put up with constant reminders to update the sodding thing
