Oppo/Realme must be out of their minds. I had this app disabled only to wake up today and find an unknown wallpaper on my lockscreen. I payed top dollar for this device and have zero tolerance for bloatware, adware or any other junk that is forced on me as a paying customer. I thought Realme are better than this. I am very disappointed. You should look up the company Taboola from Israel and its business model. Hopefully I got rid of this app by using Shizuku and Canta.

Even though it's disabled, it still changes my wallpaper every day; I can't stop it in any way.

Google forces you to upload this app by deleting essential apps . Nasty,but Google is only interested in making the maximun money from their users.
