Kerala Gramin bank is the first Regional Rural Bank in the country to launch a such an app.

Ratings and reviews

Account updates are very slow - It is a very user friendly banking application. But, is very slow when trying to check balance and transaction history, which often makes it difficult. I thought it was because the internet issue, but the application is actually faulty. Kindly fix the problem.

The worst experience I have ever got from a banking app. Opened my Account in 2017 and still haven't given me an ATM debit card. Saying even after 5 years they're still short of the cards. No other options for any transactions in the app other than to just check the balance and to see if the account is active or not. Now the App is suddenly logout and can't login again ...

Worst Banking experience i have ever came across. Not even able to check the balance. Neither can download ministatements nor the account info. In have been using the app since 2017. A lot of improvemnts needed. No updations since 2017.
