Ratings and reviews

I was logged out of my account after installing the latest update (June 24 2024). I tried logging in with my Internet Banking credentials which did not work. I went through the Sign Up process and was able to login. It took a few minutes for my accounts to appear. Manage your devices sends an OTP but the page doesn't complete loading.

It's Good 👍but lacking most popular Kenya Paybills numbers like of StarTimes Naivas Kenya Power ecitizen sha it was supposed to be update with latest government so to make it easy to pay all important bills inside the APP also it be easier if you change phone can install it and open it with ease with your bank details or by ATM details so add more company bills also it be easier to pay mpesa by goods or Paybills inside the APP it will be cool to be able to send money to Airtel make it Great 👍

I like how easy it is to use the mobile app and the commendable customer care service. Kudos
