disappointing experience I've been trying to log in using my correct credentials, but I keep getting an error message. I double-checked everything and even contacted customer support, but the issue still isn’t resolved. It’s really frustrating, especially for a banking app where reliability is crucial. Please fix this login problem as soon as possible

Edit2: The problem is now solved. The application is working fine and it has all the features I need. Edit1: I was contacted immediately by the social media support team, and hopefully the problem will be solved. The app forcefully logs me out seconds after I log in. I have to sign in 2 or 3 times for it to work. This has been going on for a while now.. I tried updating the app each time a new version was released but the problem doesn't seem to go away!

after last update, once i login, app gives me time-out message, i can't check my account anymore, app re-installed & issue not solved.. I've sent email as requested with my no. but no further response !!!!! when will you solve the app issue ? !! issue is more worse, can't access my acout cause of silly msg of "timeout".. no further feedback or fix. App works after update now its freezing onstart without even showing login window. :(
