• Tap ‘Convert to Instalments’ on your dashboard to easily convert credit card transactions and statement balances into monthly instalments
• Add your Citi Credit Card directly to Apple Pay via the Citi Mobile® App and enjoy fast and easy payments
• Convert up to 90% of your available credit from your Citi Credit Card/Citi Ready Credit Account into Citi Quick Cash. Quick Cash allows you to access cash and repay in monthly instalments
• Use your Citi reward Points to offset purchases made on your Citi Credit Card

I'd like to see a chat option. With so much fraud around, I want to be able to enquire and get results whenever I'm available. I have a disputed claim pending, it would be good to get an update on progress.

It's the worst bank app I have and I only have it because the website is even less user friendly. Each new update is worst than the last. Now, not only do you have to log in but you have to input a number sent by SMS just to enter the app, after having clicked on a "continue" button. 3 steps just to ENTER the app! Ridiculous! The nicknames for my accounts have also disappeared and there's no way to fix it as the help button is a joke. I don't know who's coding that app but that's pure trolling.
