We have been hard at work to bring improvements to our app.

This update includes:
• Emergency Center: You can now activate an Emergency Service Transaction Lock directly from the Citi Mobile® login page if you suspect fraud or believe your login credentials or accounts have been compromised. This lock applies to all your outgoing transactions, including pre-authorized and pre-scheduled payments.

• Inbox: You can now conveniently view your latest push notifications by tapping the new "Inbox" icon on the login page, without needing to fully log in.

Citibank blocked my card for missing the KYC update without any warning. Even after updating my KYC, I had to call 3 times. Twice they promised a call back in 3–4 days, but nothing happened. After 10 days, I called again and was told it will take another 10–15 working days to unblock. Very disappointing and strange, while other banks can issue a new card within a day.

my phone is not rooted but I can't open the app keeps getting the msg "Unable to proceed We noticed that your phone may have been jailbroken/rooted - jailbroken/rooted devices are vulnerable to security breaches. Such devices will no longer have access to the Citi Mobile® App to ensure your security"

Poor quality App, no details to directly chat with agent. email sent replied received after 8th day. and the point or credit is not updated after usage. customer team and App both are slow.
