About this app

Conduit bending calculator built for working electricians. Offsets, saddles, stub-ups, kicks, rolling offsets — every common bend with the math, marks, and a clean diagram on one screen. Take-up and gain values for Klein, Greenlee, Ideal and Gardner Bender baked in. NEC Chapter 9 wire fill table included.

OFFSET BEND CALCULATOR
Enter offset depth, pick an angle (10°, 22.5°, 30°, 45°, 60°), and BendPro shows the distance between bends, the shrink, the multiplier and a labelled diagram. Tap any saved offset to recalculate at a new angle.

3-POINT AND 4-POINT SADDLES
Saddle around an obstruction without guessing. Enter saddle depth and obstruction width — BendPro returns the centre and outer bend angles, the mark spacing, and the shrink. The diagram shows obstruction, marks, and the angle of every bend.

90° STUB-UP CALCULATOR
Pick your bender (Klein, Greenlee, Ideal, Gardner Bender) and conduit size — take-up is read straight from the manufacturer table. Subtract from your stub height to get the mark from the end of the conduit. Custom take-up if your bender isn't listed.

KICK AND ROLLING OFFSET
Enter kick height and distance — BendPro returns the kick angle, conduit travel and a diagram. Rolling offsets handle a horizontal AND vertical run in the same bend, with roll angle and true offset clearly labelled.

WIRE FILL — NEC CHAPTER 9
Pick conduit material (EMT, IMC, Rigid, PVC) and size, add THHN/THWN or XHHW conductors, see the fill percentage with the NEC limit (53/31/40 %) clearly marked. Over-fill is flagged in red.

QUICK REFERENCE
Take-up and gain tables for every supported bender, plus the offset multiplier table (10° → 6.0, 22.5° → 2.6, 30° → 2.0, 45° → 1.4, 60° → 1.2) — the values you keep on a sticker on your bender, on your phone.

INCHES OR METRIC
Imperial fractions ("12-3/16\"") by default. Toggle metric in settings for millimetres. Bender deductions are converted on the fly.
