Why doesn’t Robi fix this app? I’m facing the same issue. When I enter my valid number and press “Continue,” nothing happens at all. But if I intentionally enter an invalid number (too short/too long), it instantly shows “invalid number.” So clearly the button works, but with a correct number the app just becomes unresponsive. Very frustrating experience.

Why doesn't Robi fire these developers? These bunch of idiots made an app and I can't get into it. I give my number and press "continue" but nothing happens. BUT, if I intentionally give an invalid number (e.g too long/short) and then press continue, it clearly says "invalid number". So that means the "continue" button works. But, when given a valid number, it does nothing.

This application does not work properly. It's a complaint receiving app but when I try to lodge a complaint it back to home page. I think the operator company did it purposely so that nobody can raise a complaint but showing other that they are very much concerned about their services. Worst app
