The app has been down since 3-16-25. I've reached out by email with no response. I logged out, now I can't get back in. I have 7 cameras around my house for security & I can't use them. At least put something out that your working on getting the app back up or tell us what's going on. I've had these cameras for 8 years & really thinking about switching cameras because when there's a problem there's no customer service or communication. 😢😢

I've had these cameras and this app for about 4 years. It's always been a bit janky, but overall it served my needs. About 3-4 weeks ago all 3 cameras I have connected can no longer be viewed live over 5g/mobile. If I'm connected to wifi I can still view them. But they are pretty much useless if I can't watch them over mobile/5g. So I'm going to have to get new ones. Hence 1 star.

Recently there has been issues with getting in the app. The tick box is right next to 'privacy policy' but it is invisible. Found the box when I switched dark mode on and off. If your phone is on dark mode switch it off and see if you can see it. If not just click on the invisible space next to where it says privacy policy, and hopefully you should be able to click on 'accept conditions'. Hope that helps!
