• P PayNow is a peer-to-peer funds transfer service by The Association of Banks in Singapore (ABS).


• NETS is a national banking payment system designated by the Monetary Authority of Singapore (MAS).


• AXS is a leading solution provider and operator of an Electronic Service Delivery Network (ESDN).

Ratings and reviews

Too many clicks for an app that's suppose to be integrated into our daily lives. The "optional" feedback form that appears after every transaction adds to the non-functional button presses. If you want to maximise feedback catchment, you should implement it in a less intrusive way perhaps like a button to open the feedback form on the same screen that shows the transaction summary.

This app is poorly made, used to only log in for 1 minute before it crashed. Now it crashes after opening after the latest update. Ask the people in charge? No response. Say they will look into it for months already, still not fixed. It's like they don't care about an issue as long as it's not affecting everybody, even if it prevents a percentage of people from using it at all.

On 9 Jun I by tried logging into paylah and was prompted for OTP code. Normally it only took a password to get in. I fumbled with the OTP and was denied acesss. I was locked out and only managed to activate the app the next day but to my shock, my wallet was empty. I don't know what happened.
