I’ve been experiencing an issue since yesterday. Whenever I try to log in to my account, I receive a message stating that the login failed for the user BORClrmis because the account is disabled. Can you please tell me what happened with my account and how I can resolve this issue?

Issue is resolved. Now a days services are down in the night due to maintenance (a migration is going on) it will be resolved soon then you will not face this issue and it mostly happened in night. Can you please check during office timing (09:00 AM to 06:00 PM).

successfully registered but on login the system is saying that user does not exist with this number. Even though I recently created account and putting everything correct. Any information from your side would be really appreciated.

very pathetic. trying to login but every time "Communication Error". even in registry branch issue was same. they were also crying for server down. even i have done email and lodged a complaint through plra helpline, but nothing happened.
