Trying to book pre book lounges but bo matter what date, time or lounge I try to book for keeps coming up saying no availability. I've even tested to try booking for November and the same! So only way to use lounge is to show up at lounge and hope they have space or book directly with the lounge and pay extra! Never had this problem with the old app

This app is not working very well. Every time I want to use, I have to reset password, because it wouldn't log me in. The problem is that I stopped to receive text/email with the reset link, so I have no access to it whatsoever.

I haven't changed anything bar update the app and now find I can't log in via the app or my computer. I'm glad I spotted it now rather than whilst travelling. It refuses my name, membership number, email and password. I pay good money for this service all year round and at present am not a happy man.
