I'm unable to register with my Primary Credit card on your app. It keeps displaying that my card isn't eligible for this product. Meanwhile I was able to register my supplementary card. I've contacted my bank multiple times and I've been informed it's an issue from your end. I cannot understand how you are unable fix a simple technical issue for so long. I am travelling soon and I'll be unable to register. Pointless and frustrating. I'd rate is 0 stars if I could.

We are sorry to hear that you have experienced difficulties with the app and support services.Please make sure the card is enabled for international transactions.Please note that Supplementary cardholder and Primary cardholder need to register their cards in their own names and own accounts.So that we investigate further,please contact issuer again

Edit: Replying to developer: The card/ cards are World and World Elite and I recall the cities were showing up earlier in the app but now they don't. And I just used the same card to enter the lounge! Something has gotten messed up in the search query of your app in a recent update. Many airports are not showing up in the app (they were appearing before) - example Doha (Qatar), Mumbai (India), Perth (Australia), although they appear in the search on the travel pass website.

The App constantly logs out, and doesnt allow pasting of the password in. Then on other occasion app wont open, error says upgrade required, but there is no upgrade available. Just what we need to deal with on a hot sweaty day in the tropics and all you want to do is get inside the lounge, its as if Dragonpass doesnt want us to use it.
