Ratings and reviews

I am using this app for last 2 years for official purpose. Everything is good. Initially we got some offer. Now no offers, I am in village, here so many cabs are there. Always saying that you are in outer area, amount will be extra. This is not fair. I am a regular customer.

Ride experience is good but they do not follow kms based billing in Chennai but they follow km based billing in other cities as they always mention. If it shows estimate for 10kms and I travel only 8kms due to shorter route,billing is done based on previous estimate of 10kms If I travel more billing is done on basis of distance.This doesn't seem right here.If this isn't solved I will prefer other cabs.This issue persist even after complaining.

Service was good. Driver was good. Only problem I found , it was difficult to make them understand what I wanted to convey. The people at desk are just speaking fast, mechanically. I was trying to tell that , I m boarding the flight I cannot get any message . No body informed the driver regarding boarding and landing. The driver was going on trying to contact me. Less communication. You people train the people who are taking calls ,to listen also.
