This app was installed flawlessly. It also connected to several different ecoflows generators. The control panel was very easy to operate. You are also able to see the charge rate coming from the solar panels. My only complaint is that I had to register 2 of my solar generators twice. I thought the information I provided was saved. A couple of months later. I checked the registration and noticed it didn't save. I know it isn't that hard to complete. It's because I had to re-accomplish it.

Very intuitive app, but setup was lacking in direction and no prompt to pair with Bluetooth and I had to sort of guess. After setup, I had wifi for the Pro but not on the Home 2. It required multiple trials over the last 12hrs to fully setup. The electrician wasable to set up the box with ease except they had me relocate box and said that the power inlet couldn't be separated. I think some info for professionals to install would be a great idea. Overall, app fixes could mean 10/10.

This app loaded on my phone without any issues and it walked me through the warranty registration easliy. The unit was detected right away with my phone's Bluetooth connection and then I connected it to my network using the wifi. This was all of about 5 minutes to set it up and register the generator. I am able to monitor the charge status on my phone whenever it is powered up. This seems like a really well designed app so far but I am only 2 days into owning the unit.
