Ratings and reviews

This app is a scam. Every time I have booked with them, at the very last minute after entering all of your information including your payment info, they hit you with a 'we're sorry, that rate is no longer available, now the price is xx more.' It is just barely within the amount you are willing to pay to avoid starting over again. It should be illegal what they do but they seem to keep getting away with it.

Never sent a confirmation #. Lots of emails confirming my flight, but never a confirmation number. Showed me in the system at the airport but said it wasn't paid for. I had paid receipt and showed bank withdrawal for it, they would not let me fly. I had to book another flight with another airline that cost me an additional $500... this total trip that was supposed to have been $200 ended up being over $700!!! Also a 1.5 hour trip turned into 8 hours!!!!! 😡

Edreams use to be very good and organized but now it's been 7 months and no refund. Canceled my flight last year and no refund as stated. They gave me the run around and the airline hasn't said anything either. Before when I could cancel for any reason I would get the refund in a few days. Now this 7 months is extremely overdue and extremely ridiculous and very unorganized.
