VpnService Utilization: If you enable VPN by Guardian, the eero app will utilize Android's VpnService to set up a Virtual Private Network (VPN) connection to help keep your device private and secure.

Ratings and reviews

My only problem is that once you add devices, you can not get rid of them, only block. Don't know about you, but if I must keep devices I should be able to delete (replaced with new for various reasons), it gets messy with things that will never again connect. Otherwise, all runs great, and I love being able to control available content for my granddaughter keeping her safer

This is the worst Wi-Fi system that I've ever purchased. My MacBook Pro constantly disconnects and apparently many others have the same issue, so I had to keep my old router on just for one device. The last straw was when Eero kept disconnecting everything. We got the mesh system from our previous brand and we haven't experienced any issues at all! Good riddance to Eero.

It's not so much the app that I have the issue with as it is the internet service.... every time eero is about to offer a new update, typically within a week of the update occuring, our internet gets so slow that it threatens my job, for which I have to have business speed in order to get paid. Please do better, and no, it's not an issue with our isp, or the router itself, as that has already been ruled out time and again.
