When Challenges are enabled by your Company Administrator and you are participating in a challenge with fitness tasks, Espresa will import your fitness activities from the connected app of your choice. You will be first asked for permission to access the Health data and, once the permission is granted, Espresa will keep your Challenges up to date when you open the app. Please keep the permission enabled to participate in Challenges using fitness data!

I'm disappointed in the expectation that this app was going to be better than virgin pulse. I have hardly used the app since my company switched us over because of the lack of connection to my peers. it doesn't track my physical activity and I can't challenge coworkers to daily step battles for motivation and support. I've continuously lost 4,000 steps weekly according to Fitbit and my daily stats are at an all time low. it's not at all what I'm looking for, and I'm sad I didn't get a choice.

very cool app, it keeps you accountable, you do have to check in, but very cool

Not syncing with Google and the UI is not user friendly. Have to use this for work in order to get fitness credit but it doesn't sync with Garmin as an option only Google fit or Strava for big names. Strava doesn't track sleep so it's limited.
