I think the latest updates to the app are fantastic. It's the best credit card app that I have. The Aqua Coach is brilliant. I've gone from level 1 to level 4 in the space of around 6 months & had my interest rate fall & 2 credit limit increases that have more than quadrupled my credit limit & my credit score increase by over 500 points. Thanks, Aqua, for helping me build better credit. 👍

Can't even sign up. Switch apps to check emails for codes and add entries to password managers and the form reloads. Totally useless, can't even sign up or activate the card. Still no better 4 years later. Utter garbage. Really difficult to use decent security practices when the app is fighting against you all the time. You're not making it more secure, you're making people be less security conscious. I hate this app.

Making a payment through the app is annoying because it doesn't give the option to pay by debit card straight away. You have to go through the process of making a direct payment from your bank, and when it shows the various banks for you to choose from you have to cancel, then select 'pay by card', and go through the payment process again. It would be much easier if the option to pay by card was given at the start of the payment process.
