Ratings and reviews

Recipes are not tasty. The product is labor intensive, cooking sometimes three or four different meals in a day. No easy cancel option. Some pros is that you could possibly precook or prep cook in advance. Options to pick meals for the days can stream line the recipe options. Ultimately this product linked to the app is not necessary. The same amount of work behind the program can be found finding a keto recipe online and prepping it. The product does little other than provide a shopping list

There's no preview to the content of the offer, the price marked is far less then the price charged without explanation! The app is horrible, like it's from the stone age. The ingredients I marked out still appear in the daily recipes. The shopping list is hardly understandable and too complicated! All around, a waste of money.

The 'recipes' are nothing like what's advertised on their Facebook ad, and it's very repetitive. The 'VIP content' only consists of generic blog posts written in 2021. Lastly, they send an email and tell you to respond to it if you need assistance. After responding and requesting a refund, they sent an automatic email saying the mailbox's not monitored and to request support through the app. The only 'help' offered through the app is a bunch of faq about keto with NO way given to contact them
