Awesome app! As a busy wife and mother of 5, it's exactly what I've been looking for: simple and everything I need in one place! The only thing I wish it had was the option to print the weekly meal plan as a calendar instead of a 14 page list. Other than that, it's perfect! I love it!
I like this app -however I don't necessarily rely on it 100% (I use other sources). This is a definite tool for my weightloss journey. Also some of the recipes requires you to buy specific items which can be very expensive . I use what I have and it tuns out much tastier than expected. For example making my own tahini sauce to put in my home made hummus sauce delicious ...see use what you have!!
I've struggled with manual meal planning for ages and find it hard to plan everything so that my food for the day fits into the right macro ratio etc. This app is amazing! At first the meal suggestions were a bit strange but once the algorithms get going it's a great way to cook new meals. The only improvements I can think of is: - make an option to cook all of a recipe's servings so that the extras can be stored for later - an offline mode would be great for grocery shopping - the database is still tiny compared to myfitnesspal. Need more food items especially the generic foods.
Has great potential... However very confusing to figure out. Have to flip flop back and forth between the app and regular web version. Very frustrating.
This app makes meal planning so much fun. There are so many features to help make your schedule, diet and requirements easy to manage.
The introduction claims that you can plan a week at a time on the free version, a month on the paid, but in reality you can only do a day at a time on free, which is impractical and no useful for grocery shopping.
