About this app

Put your diet on autopilot with Eat This Much, the automatic meal planner. Tell us your diet goals, the foods you like, your budget, and what your schedule looks like, and we'll automatically generate a complete meal plan to meet your requirements. It's like having a personal diet assistant.

Features
•  Generate meal plans that meet your calorie and macro targets in seconds
•  Nutrition targets can be set up for weight loss, maintenance, or muscle / bodybuilding
•  Follow any eating style or create your own
•  Choose from paleo, atkins/keto, vegetarian, vegan, and Mediterranean diets
•  Filter out foods/recipes based on allergies and dislikes, including gluten-free
•  Set the available cooking time for each meal to match your schedule
•  Take the anxiety out of picking what to eat
•  Personalize any of our recipes or add your own
•  Don't like our suggestions? Easily swap them out or configure the meal planner to only use foods you like using Recurring Foods

Premium features
•  Automatically generate a week of meal plans at a time
•  Didn’t follow the meal plans? Easily log what you did eat to track your intake
•  Grocery lists are automatically created from your meal plans
•  Set a number of family members for each meal to make sure you buy enough groceries
•  Reduce food waste with pantry tracking
•  Set custom targets for each day of the week, like more calories and carbs on your workout days. Customize as much or as little as you want.

Normal calorie trackers force you to add foods into your diary one by one. By the end of the day, there's no guarantee that you'll be anywhere near your nutrition targets. With our automatic meal planner, there's nothing to track because everything is already entered for you. All you have to do is follow the plan.

We offer both free accounts and premium accounts. As a free user, you can create a single day meal plan and completely customize it however you want. Each meal can have different preferences, and your nutrition targets can be whatever you like.

As a premium user, you'll have access to the weekly meal planner that allows you to automatically generate a week of meal plans and send them to you with a grocery list via email. As you follow the plans, you can track what you did or didn't eat, and if you deviate from the plans, we make it easy to readjust your targets for the next week to stay on track.

Try out the free account to see if our meal plans appeal to you, and upgrade to the premium meal planner when you're ready.

I paid for this app and I use it both on desktop and mobile. Does exactly what it says it will do. Menu restrictions based on $ are a little iffy, but making recipe substitutions is easy on both app and desktop. I really like the leftovers function, meal complexity settings, and recommendations based on pantry items. My first time using an app to diet where it didn't feel like the menus were punishments for being fat.

Great app concept and parameters, but needs an update to the look of it. Add a weekly calendar view with images that you can move to rearrange meals from day to day. Also, it is hard to see if all the meals will be used (leftovers) with how it is set up now. An error - I changed the nutrition goal for specifically for Monday, but it is not working - I only need one meal planned for that day and it still has the calorie goal for my normal days which is about 1500 cal... I need the meal to be 500

Thanks for the feedback Victoria! We have some major updates coming within the next few weeks (via a completely rebuilt app) that has a week view, and should fix a bunch of other minor issues with the existing app. We'll be sure to send out an email once it's ready for release. ~ Louis

App is almost there. It has a strong foundation, but there are some features I would like to see, and some fixes to make. Reshuffle a week's meals? Get 3 emails every time you do it with new shopping lists. Also, why email pdfs of shipping lists when there is a while pantry integration in the app? Why can't I open the app while I'm at the grocery store and check off I bought eggs? Why can't my wife and I share grocery lists? We have to add our paper copies together.

Thanks for the feedback Nicholas! We have a new app version coming soon with offline mode for groceries. You should be able to turn off getting an email after a week generate. Combining grocery lists is a little more complicated, but a goal for the future. -- Louis

What's new

Minor fixes and improvements:
- Eaten meals and foods will not be regenerated.
- Better error logging so we can fix stuff faster.
