Device works great. However tech support is completely nonexistent. No one answers the phone. Email only and that takes days. My device hasn't been of use for a week and no one bothers to call

I signed up for it verified my email did all they said to do and I try to login into my account that I just created and it says access denied that was a big waste of time I'm pissed

Ignore all the 1 star reviews of the people that have no idea what they are doing. If you cant use this simple tool you don't need to be working on appliances. I use this every day and have never had an issue with it. Now if there is no service you can't use it but you have to be smarter than that and connect to wifi. If you're doing a firmware update with no service thats on you. 10/10 would recommend one for every appliance brand.
