Couldn't even register. Awful. Just awful. The app looks and acts like it's working out of 1990. I thought downloading the app would be better than trying to use the website itself from my phone, but was even more disappointed and even more frustrated. It got stuck multiple times and then after selecting my gender, just spazzed out. I uninstalled the app. Less than ten minutes after installing it. Please do better. We, the citizens of Florida, deserve it.

Both the application and website are complete joke on the very first page where you have to log in your information it says the social security number is required but there is no section for the social security number to be entered What a piece of junk this is it needs to be fixed this is unacceptable

You need to either fix your login issue so people can login. Stop telling me to fix something I have no contact . 4 years later & still can't log in to this stupid poorly made app. Still is a very stupid poor app. It still does not log in it refers to the website login. Stupid waste of time waste of space. Can't login on site either. They still refuse to ever fix the login . For this app & site login never works. Not useful. Abandons use of this. Totally inconvenient incompetent app and website.
