It took some doing to figure out, but now it seems super simple. You can add new excercises if they arent in the list. You can specify how you want to track them beyond weight and reps, they have time and distance. Then in calendar mode they have colored dots to see which muscle groups you did and a chart to see which groups you gave the most attention. On the surface I thought I was just adding weight and reps, but after finding the home button I realized it is really thoughtfully designed.

This is everything I wanted, no annoying ads or pop of videos. The app is simply to use and very well thought of! If a workout is not there, you can easily add it or even create a category for it without any issues. I just started working out, and this only helped me stay consistent with my goals. I love how simple it is and how it keeps track of my growth If you are looking for a simple fitnote app, definitely recommend this app!♡ I

I've been using this amazing app for several years now, not once have I seen an ad, been asked to buy anything, etc. Just an amazing dev who gave the world the best workout log app for nothing in return. This app blows everything else out of the water, even the paid workout log apps don't compare to the simplicity and quality this app offers, it's strictly to the point, no bloat. just log your reps, weight and that's it. It has charts to see your volume over time and many other stats. Best!
