Great app. Could be better. I'd like to see the sets for left and right to be separated. The ability to add a custom exercise is everything. Without that, I wouldn't even use this app. It's so much faster than typing or writing everything out. I'll add variations of an exercise into my routine, but only do one or two and skip the rest, so it might be nice to have a "substitute" exercise feature or something like that, but it's not necessary. I can keep logs indefinitely and better track progress

Love this app. Tried it out for the first two months of me going back to the gym, bought a one year membership on month three, and I've never been more satisfied with a google store purchase. The customization features allows you to add any workout that may not be already listed. This is very convenient for people who do sports specific training and want to track their progress. This app is geared towards your physical progress, and I'm surprised more people aren't using it. 100% recommend!!

Good App that tracks your workouts and has a lot of exercises loaded. I also like if I'm not sure how to complete an exercise it shows you how in the app. The free version let's ypu save up to 4 custom workout routines so you're ready to go at the gym. You can save a lot more with the paid version. It also allows you to keep track of measurements.
