We have been using Grasshopper at my business for a few weeks now. It is a well-designed program. The switch from our previous system went smoothly, and they gave us a temporary number while they extracted our number from the previous garbage system. It took a while to get our number registered for sending text messages, but Grasshopper's customer service reps were helpful, and each call made progress until we were up and running. The phone app is great. I highly recommend Grasshopper.

UPDATE, I appreciate grasshopper responding and they keep making updates to issues I'm having to fix them so I appreciate that. keep up the good work!!! UPDATE, now my personal number is not masked when I make outbound calls with grasshopper. They said it has something to do with the Android update but that definitely needs to get fixed. I can't make outbound calls to customers. Overall happy. There are some call issues sometimes, but overall Grasshopper is great.

It works well overall, but it's so frustrating that after every update all my text messages revert to "unread." It's very tedious to have to click on hundreds of messages every time this happens. Also it appears with today's update you can no longer search messages by contact name. It searches in the body of the text instead. This is going to be very annoying and challenging to find messages. It has also combined voicemail and faxes in the messages section. That was not needed.
