Quick to discipline, slow to praise; but very understandable. As a new driver this app is great, would be nice to have monthly mileage travelled but not essential. Most of the time im deducted points based on braking, sometimes it doesn't account for other drivers pulling out in front where you may have to apply the brakes a little harder than usual. I like the app as a new driver because it keeps me safe, take time no rush. I think the braking may need another look.

🚫 This is a terrible app. 1, you have to manually input your email. 2, you can't screenshot any problem as it thinks it's a banking app and won't let you do it. 3, you can't add a brand new car which isn't registered until the day you collect it as the app only works off the registration number. I'm thinking of cancelling my £500 policy and going somewhere else. I'll keep you updated. UPDATE: I spoke to a lovely lady over the phone who resolved everything, fantastic telephone customer service.

Messaging hopeless. When trying to conduct a conversation the screen is static and does not scroll up so you can't see what you're typing. When I tried to report this via any of the usual messaging apps (WhatsApp, Messenger, etc) it just says "cannot send an empty message". Also, "Your Driving" reports mark you down for legitimate not-that-heavy braking for normal road hazards. Not impressed.
