I tried using the app and wanted to open my account with this one. I never liked the old app and it was from the 90s the app user interface never appealed me to go through but today I made an attempt to open an account with this one. The app opening animation isn't smooth and lags. The user interface could have been much more better. You can check all the emerging banks and their UI layouts like they are so much better. The user interface needs to be enhanced more. However, the attempt is nice.

The new app is miles ahead of the old clunky one. It's superfast and intuitive and gives a lot of options. No issues so far. And my hopes are up since this is just an early access version. Quick update: App is not working at all. Cannot log in or see balance even from the front for the last two days. "Something went wrong" is the error message that I'm getting.

When compared to the existing one, it is better. However, compared to new-generation banking apps, it still falls short. Also, the account balance is visible to anyone without login or PIN, which is a security concern. There’s a swipe-down animation glitch as well. The "Send Money" section is not very user-friendly—I took a lot of time to figure out how to send money to someone.
